Booking Policies
Deposit Policy
Cutting Deposit
A £15 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your cutting appointment.
(this will be done via bank transfer)
Colour Deposit
A £30 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your colour appointment.
(this will be done via bank transfer/card payment at your consultation/patch test)
Extensions Deposit
FULL PAYMENT of the hair is required at your consultation/before fitting appointment to enable me to purchase the hair
A £20 per pack NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your fitting appointment
(this will be done via bank transfer/card payment at your consultation)
Deposits
ALL deposits for ALL services are NON REFUNDABLE!
Deposits - Cancellations/Rearrangements
Paid deposits are NON REFUNDABLE when cancelling appointments
Paid deposits ARE TRANSFERABLE when rearranging appointments that comply with my cancellation policy. if you rearrange your appointment 48+ hours before your booked appointment, your deposit can be transferred over
Paid deposits are NOT TRANSFERABLE if you rearrange your appointment less than 48 hours before your booked appointment.
In this instance, your deposit is NON REFUNDABLE & you will be required to pay another deposit to secure a new appointment.
Cancellation Policies
Please arrive to your appointment on time!
If you are 10+ minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled & you will be charged 50% of the service cost
48 hours MINIMUM notice is required if you are wanting to cancel/reschedule your appointment
Anything less than this notice period ...
- If you are rescheduling you will be charged 50% of the service cost
- If you are cancelling you will be charged 100% of the service cost
NO SHOWS
You will be charged 100% of the service cost
This payment will be required before you're able to make any future appointments
